Information you choose to share
The contact form asks for your name, email address, topic and message. A bouquet or studio reference may be included when you start a note from one of those pages. We use these details to understand and respond to your request.
Delivery and service providers
On a configured site, your note passes through the site’s form delivery service to the shop’s contact email. A template preview only reviews your entries locally and does not send them. We do not ask for payment details through this form.
Storage and third-party content
Images and fonts may load from external hosting services, which receive the information needed to deliver those files. Your message stays in the current page until you leave or reload; it is not saved in your browser for a later visit. Share links open the selected social network under its own privacy terms.
Questions about your information
Use the contact form to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or discuss deletion. Include enough context to identify your earlier note without sending sensitive details.
